The car I dropped off is my baby, it came back to me flawless after a minimal 3 day waiting period, Tracy even fixed rock chips I didn’t ask him to! But here’s the thing the took the experience over the top, when I see my car the exterior is spotless as well as the inside of the car, cleaner than I had left it, they detailed the entire inside and out, and even put a air freshener in the car.
